This festival has existed in France since 1985 but corresponds to an ancient tradition of opening the cellars of monasteries to the people of Saint-Martin, around November 10th. Many events are organized around the world by wine merchants and brotherhoods.

The FICB Bottle of the Year Tournament : a grand success

Our International Federation of Wine Brotherhoods (F.I.C.B.) organized a world first : a wine tournament pitting the “champion” wines of 14 brotherhoods against each other in pairs (dry white wines for this first edition).
