2019 International Wine & Health Summit @ Davis The Summit is an international congress that invites leading research scientists and clinicians in the field of wine, alcohol and health, and wine industry personalities, as well as passionate wine enthusiasts, to participate in this a one-of-a-kind academic and social program. It is an extraordinary experience for those who share an academic interest and passion for wine, lifestyle, and health. The Harvest Dinner The 2018 Harvest Dinner celebrated the 2018 harvest at this one of a kind European Medevil Castle, recreated and crafted at the personal direction of Dario Sattui, owner and principal of Castello di Amarosa Winery & V. Sattui Winery, St. Helena, California. (
