It will be the first organised according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/winebrotherhoods.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FICB_statuts_version_finale_FREN_PDF.pdf\">statutes revised<\/a> in 2013. M. Pat Pingitore, Vice President of FICB for the USA, conveyed the invitation of his country to host the 2016 FICB International Congress in California. The General Assembly warmly accepted the invitation. The composition of the Board of Administration was reviewed to take into account the payments of membership fees.
