Its aim is to promote the fine cuisine of the Langhe region.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the year, the Order organizes meetings called \u00ab Chapters \u00bb where issues related to food are debated and during which traditional dishes are presented and prepared following authentic recipes, all of which are then accompanied by high-quality wines selected by experts of the Order.<\/p>\n<p>Since the establishment of the Order, these events have always taken place in the historic castle of Grinzane Cavour, which is also the seat of the Enoteca Regionale and of the One-Michelin-Star Restaurant of the Castle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Order is composed of the following bodies :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Grand Council<\/li>\n<li>The Sovereign Council<\/li>\n<li>The Grand Master<\/li>\n<li>The Honorary Grand Master<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Grand Council appoints the members of the Sovereign Council and the Grand Master.<\/p>\n<p>The Sovereign Council names three experts of the food commission and three experts of the wine commission.
